Version 5.x support ends June 30, 2017

Support and maintenance for version 5.x will end on June 30, 2017. If you are still running version 5, we recommend you plan a migration, and we will be happy to help should you need any assistance.

Portal

  • #3221: PERFORMANCE - Optimized the user profile loading event when connecting to the WorkflowGen application.

  • #3216: UPDATE - Support case insensitive user search in the action follow-up form assignment list, manager follow-up search and statistics data report form.

  • #3226: UPDATE - Web Service API optimization for WorkflowGen iPhone app delegation feature.

Notes:

  • This update will be required for the next WorkflowGen iPhone app v1.3.0

  • Some Web Service API response templates were updated. Be careful to not overwrite if you have customized them before.

  • #3219: BUG - Form designer: Required validators were not disabled for a GridView control when we submit the form as draft.

Notes:

  • Form designer: Save the built-in form again in the form designer.

  • Visual Studio: Use WorkflowGen.My v2.2.5 and the new SubmitToWorkflow(true) method that supports form submission in draft mode in your draft button.

Administration

  • #3225: UPDATE - The additional notification recipient types “Requester” and “Person who handled the action ‘XYZ’” now always sends to the real user who initiated the request or performed the action.

  • #3227: UPDATE - Form designer: Improved field data binding support.

  • #3217: BUG - Fixed a browser compatibility issue with Firefox and Chrome when setting the action’s lead time.

  • #3218: BUG - A SQL exception error was raised when clicking on a direct process link in the homepage and the workflow default display mode was set to ‘LIST’.

  • #3220: BUG - Fixed the process and participant name in the delegation notification email.

  • #3228: BUG - Form designer: Fixed a list control field data binding issue with the form data value.
