User is prompted to re-enter credentials when launching a new request

Issue

When a user tries to launch a new request from the WorkflowGen User Portal, the application prompts them to re-enter their credentials.

This issue occurs when the WorkflowGen application URL as set in the Configuration Panel doesn’t match the user access URL.

In the above example, the user accesses WorkflowGen via the URL http://localhost/wfgen, but in the Configuration Panel the application URL is set as http://127.0.0.1/wfgen, so when the user tries to launch a new request or access an action, they’re redirected to the application URL, where they aren’t authenticated.

Solution

The WorkflowGen Administrator needs to change the application URL in the Address section on the Configuration Panel General tab.
