I have created the WorkflowGen website in IIS but still cannot connect to the WorkflowGen application.
Possible causes

The WorkflowGen website home directory is not pointing to the correct local path.

The WorkflowGen website is using an invalid port number or the port is blocked by the firewall for incoming requests.
Solutions

The WorkflowGen website home directory local path should be
DRIVE:\Inetpub\wwwroot

Check if the port is already in use by another application or blocked by the firewall.
