Setup: The WorkflowGen website is not functional

Issue

I have created the WorkflowGen website in IIS but still cannot connect to the WorkflowGen application.

Possible causes

  • The WorkflowGen website home directory is not pointing to the correct local path.

  • The WorkflowGen website is using an invalid port number or the port is blocked by the firewall for incoming requests.

Solutions

  • The WorkflowGen website home directory local path should be DRIVE:\Inetpub\wwwroot.

  • Check if the port is already in use by another application or blocked by the firewall.
