Why one step with several actions?

Hello,
I have one WFG, we use it for few months, no change recently.
Why this error happened for one step with several actions? please refer the attached picture.

Hi @Hanks_WANG,

I can see that the action FINANCEMANAG… had 3 parallel actions opened (action #8,9 and 10)
This is probably because this action has the assignment method “one action assigned per user” and you have 3 users assigned to this action and they need to each complete it.

This lead to 3 actions being open for the next action “GENERALMANA…” (action #11,12,13) which also opened 3 actions for “PURCHASE…” (action #14,15,16).

My assumption is that 2 “PURCHASE…” actions were completed which opened action #17 and 18 and you still have one of the actions for “PURCHASE…” that is still not completed. That’s why you see both actions in green.

Thanks for your feedback. Is it system bug? We are using this WFG for a long time, this case happened once after created.

This action has no the assignment method “one action assigned per user” and don’t have 3 users assigned to this action and they need to each complete it
