Why can't I edit the mapping in my Active Directory Synchronization?

Issue

I can’t edit the mapping in my Active Directory Synchronization.

Solution

With Active Directory as the directory connector, you can’t edit the user profile mapping. Mapping will instead be based on the default settings for MS Active Directory. If you need to customize the mapping, you must instead use LDAP with all the required properties defined in your LDAP query. You’ll then be able to edit the mappings within WorkflowGen.
