WorkflowGen administrators can set the maximum number of instances created per action (default: 1000). This is a safeguard against infinite workflow loops, but with certain workflow scenarios you might need more instances. You can increase this limit by setting the Maximum number of simultaneous instance creations per action value on the Portal tab in the Configuration Panel.
