What qualifies as a ghost request:
- An open request that has a launch date/time over than the maximum number of days before deletion setting.
- It has a single open action that is assigned to the requester.
- It must not be a sub-process request and the single action must not be a sub-process action.
What if a ghost request has a lead time that is greater than the maximum number of days before deletion setting? Will that request be deleted ignoring the lead time?

Ghost request only checks the request creation date. So if the ghost parameter is less than the lead time of the first action, the request will be removed.
As a workaround, you can add a blank action before the first user action (with sync bar for example), and in this way this request will be not considering in the ghost process.
