WFG Portal - Search Issue


We are having an issue while trying to launch “search” report for one of our processes, for two specific versions.

We’ve defined parameters in the “Search” as shown in attachment.

When we click on “search”, the page became frozen and after couple of minutes a message that page is not responding due to a long-running script appears.

Do you have any idea what may cause the problem?

I believe a similar issue was fixed in the latest versions of WorkflowGen. Which version are you using?

Hi Eddy,

Our current version of WorkflowGen is 7.0.1. Obviously it is not the newest one, so that is the reason why we have this problem.

We are planning to upgrade it soon.
