Setup: Process templates: Xml file encoding error when creating a new process or importing a process definition

XML process templates and process definition files must be saved in the UTF-8 encoding format.

To set the encoding of your XML process definition file, you can open it in Notepad, then choose Save as and select UTF-8 from the Encoding drop-down list.
