Portal: Redirect the search result to the follow-up form when there is only one item found

A new feature is available as of WorkflowGen version 5.6.1 to define the behavior of search results.

By default, when a search returns only one record, WorkflowGen automatically redirects the user to the corresponding request follow-up form. You can deactivate the automatic redirection to display the record in the search result instead.

To change this setting, set the Search redirection option (under Display on the Portal tab in the Configuration Panel) to Redirect the search result to the follow-up form when there is only one item found.
