Français (Canada) vs Français (France)

Hello,
I had a strange behaviour today on WorkflowGen.

Our workflows are developped in “French (France)” and not translated.

One of our user works from Canada and set his language to “French (Canada)”.

When he tries to Save as a draft or Submit the workflow, nothing happens. (the page stays still, no modification is visible).
When he changes the user language to “French(France)”, the workflow is OK and performs as expected.

Do you know what happened ?

It sounds like the page validation is stopping the submission. Maybe there is some date format hard coded/converted via javascript to be France French specific which is not the same as Canada French??
