WorkflowGen usernames must be unique for all directories. To manage multiple directories in WorkflowGen that are each synced to a different domain, you’ll need to prefix the username for each of them. This will ensure that there will be no duplicate usernames from the two different domains.

Example

If you have two directories called Dir1 and Dir2:

  • Dir1 domain prefixed with dir1\

  • Dir2 domain prefixed with dir2\

Important

  • Make sure to use the system identifier as the synchronization key.

  • If you upgrade an existing directory, users will have access to all of their existing requests and actions because WorkflowGen is using an internal user ID.
