How does WFG implement the notification function? It means that when the approver of this node completes the operation, the email will automatically notify people in other departments (only email notification is required, and no operation of the notified person is required)

WorkflowGen manages the notification per action in your workflow.
They are divided between automatic and additional.

Automatic is going to be a generic email to the person assigned to the action depending on the box that is checked.

Additional are custom notifications, which you may configure to notify people that are not the requester, have custom email templates, configure when those notifications should be send or condition for sending the additional notification
