General

  • Enhancement (#3789): Enable searching for users by full name when filtering users in the User Portal and Administration Module.

  • Feature (#3869): Support for Gardian identity provider as new authentication method with the OpenID Connect standard.

  • Updated the jQuery UI library to latest version 1.13.3.

Portal

  • Feature (#3872): A new feature has been added that allows optional follow-up of ongoing actions by request. This feature is accessible in the My requests in progress list on the homepage and in the Requests menu. It can be enabled from the Configuration panel.

  • Bug (#3837): Advanced view: Fixed a performance issue with the export to Excel 2007 format (XLSX) in the search feature.

Administration

  • Enhancement (#3814): Show a confirmation of the number of impacted requests when deleting process requests or a process from the process information tab.

  • Enhancement (#3781): Added the Self Service data assignment error exception management option at the process level.

  • Enhancement (#3877): Global Lists: Removed the 255 character limit for TEXT values.

  • Bug (#3812): Fixed the missing Store file content in database and Enable form designer information in the process detailed report.

Workflow Applications

  • Feature (#3528): Added new YOUSIGNSEND and YOUSIGNCHECK workflow applications (Yousign integration apps).

Configuration panel

  • Feature (#3528): Added new configuration settings for Yousign workflow applications.

  • Feature (#3869): Added new Gardian authentication mode with new and updated appSettings keys in \wfgen\web.config:

  • Feature (#3872): Added new Follow-up of actions: Display the ongoing actions in my requests lists display option in the Portal configuration.

Auth v3.1.0 and GraphQL v5.2.0

  • Feature (#3869): Added support for the Gardian authentication provider.

Node.js apps (GraphQL, Webhooks, Auth & SCIM)

  • Change: Node.js 18.20.3 LTS version update.

    Note: Install the latest Node.js v18.20.3 LTS on the WorkflowGen server.

  • Updated Node.js vulnerable dependencies.

Notes

  • All of the Node.js modules (GraphQL v5.2.0, Webhooks v6.1.7, Auth v3.1.0, and SCIM v3.0.13) now require Node.js version 18.20.3 LTS.
