Note: This article applies to WorkflowGen versions 6.6.0 and earlier.
Adobe ended support for Flash on December 31, 2020, and Flash content is blocked from running in browsers as of January 12, 2021.
If you were still using the Flash-based Workflow Designer in versions 6.1.0 to 6.6.0 of WorkflowGen, you must enable the HTML5-based designer next to Graphical workflow display mode on the Administration tab in the Configuration Panel.
If you are using a version of WorkflowGen prior to 6.1.0, you must upgrade to a more recent version, since the Workflow Designer in those versions is Flash-based, with no HTML5-based alternative.
