Why don’t the links in the WorkflowGen user module work?

Issue

Why dont the links in the WorkflowGen user modulework? When I click on a link, nothing happens.

Background

In Windows Server 2008, there is added security that will not allow active links to function. You must explicitly state that a site is a trusted site.

Solution

  1. Open a browser from the server.

  2. Choose Tools > Internet Options > Security tab.

  3. Select the Trusted Sites icon and then click the Sites button.

  4. In the new window, click on the Add button

This will tell the browser that the site you are attempting to navigate to is a trusted site and to allow the content within it to execute.
