Who receives emails sent for "In Test" process

Other than the administrators for a Workflow Gen site, do people in Participant groups or added in “Additional” Notifications entries receive emails when a process state is set to “In Test”?

Hi James,

Yes, sending notifications while in test mode is possible.
If you have your own development environment where you would like to not send any notifications, you can go to the Configuration Panel -> Portal -> User Notification -> Disable the option “Activate email notification”

Normally I only add my user account in the participant groups during development and preliminary testing. I usually wait until final testing to add participants to user groups in order to avoid sending the users many unwanted test notifications.
