What is the value contained in the <WF_ACTIVITY_INST_LIMIT_DATETIME> macro? Is it the action’s lead time value (e.g. 90 days) or is it the actual date that WorkflowGen calculates as the lead time (e.g. 90 days after the action has been started/assigned)?

The latter: it is the calculated end-date (e.g. 90 days into the future), and is cast as a date/time value.
