By default, process file data (including attachments) are stored in the WorkflowGen file system or in a predefined path. However, you can store them in the WorkflowGen database instead by enabling the Process data storage option.
One of the advantages to using this option is that it allows you to perform online WorkflowGen data backup without interrupting service, so WorkflowGen users can continue to work during the backup.
To enable this option, check Process data storage on the process definition’s Information tab.
