My process has 7 participants. One group is “Budget Staff” with about 4 people and another is “Hiring Manager” which has over 200 people but one is assigned through a form selector in one of the Budget Staff action steps.
The Budget Staff members are not in the Hiring Manager group though I could add them. I would like to give them the ability to reassign a Hiring Manager action in case the originally assigned person did not create a Delegation.
Would I set the Budget Staff as a Process supervisor or change the Participant type for “Hiring Manager” to "list of persons with coordinator?
