Is there a way to customize the “Teams” columns? Add/ remove? (aka “My team actions”, “Team to-do list”)

On the portal page on the top left corner, if you select “All processes” you will only see the common data between all those processes in the page.
But if you select a specific process, you should be able to see the additional data related to that process.
In order to see this data, you need to check the “Display in column in Home page” option for each data that you would like to see on the homepage:
