Under Statistics in the “Action: by Duration” Activity Report Table what is the difference between the time listed in the “Realization” column and the time listed in the “Accepted” column?
Sorry if this information is already in the user manual I just wasn’t able to find it.
Hi,
The Realization column shows the action’s average life time from the creation datetime to the closure datetime.
The Accepted column shows the action’s average acceptance time from the assigned datetime to the closure datetime.
- assigned datetime: The datetime when the action was assigned to someone.
