Setting up a Lead Time for an Action

How does one set up a lead time for one of the actions in a flow? When I open the Action edit window, the dialog box has the Lead Time field grayed out, and I cant change it.

You need to select the radio button before able to input into the text box.

Thanks @wing_hou. I think there was something else happening, because after I logged out of Workflowgen and restarted, I was able to select the radio button.
