You can use Macros to fetch the current assigned user.
You can find those in the Mapping section in the form designer or in the action parameters:

Thanks for your reply.
Actually, when an employee leaves, how we can query the approval previously assigned to him? Because some approval maybe stopped in that step. So how we can check the whole approval that assigned to some people, then can have next action to follow that WFG.

Hi Zoie,

You don’t need to worry about querying requests assigned to a member that left the organization. You can use the replace feature and all actions will be automatically re-assigned to the new user:
