Solution

Make sure to clear cached images and files. Also note that it is important to clear the entire cache (for example, select “the beginning of time” in Chrome or “everything” in Firefox) to make sure all the images are cleared out of the cache.

We highly recommend adding a cache busting mechanism to WorkflowGen in order to avoid these kinds of situations in future upgrades:
