Users who can initiate a new request or handle a workflow action in Test status in the Workflow Portal must be added to the Participant who is the Process Folder Manager of the folder in which the process in Test status has been classified.
Thank you Eric. But if you try to launch a new request of a process in Test by using an URL and if you are not Process Folder Manager you obtain the message “You are not authorized to launch this request”.
