  • Bug (#2891): Fixed an issue where text values were not properly encoded in the exported results for the Excel, HTML, and XML formats in the advanced search gridview.

  • Bug (#2898): Fixed an issue in the advanced search gridview export feature where all of the rows were exported instead of only the rows filtered by a column.

Remote approval (Workflow engine service)

GraphQL v3.0.2

  • Version update to 3.0.2. Note: Requires Node.js version 10.16.3 LTS.

  • Bug (#2907): OpenID Connect authentication: Fixed a regression issue (since version 7.16.0) where an incorrect audience was used for authentication verification, which caused the WorkflowGen Plus mobile app to be unable to access the webform after launching a request or action.

Auth v2.0.1

  • Version update to 2.0.1.

SCIM v2.0.1

  • Version update to 2.0.1. Note: Requires Node.js version 10.16.3 LTS.

  • Bug (#2919, #2926, #2927, #2928): Fixed some regression issues (since version 7.16.0) where the SCIM endpoint was no longer functional due to configuration errors in the application.

Notes

  • All of the Node.js modules (GraphQL v3.0.2, Webhooks v5.0.1, Auth v2.0.1, and SCIM v2.0.1) now require Node.js version 10.16.3 LTS.

  • Running the npm install --production command is required on each of the modules (\wfgen\graphql, \wfgen\hooks, \wfgen\auth, and \wfgen\scim) after the upgrade.

Reminders

  • Oracle database is no longer supported as of WorkflowGen version 7.16.0. We recommend migrating to MS SQL Server 2017 or later.

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 is no longer supported as of WorkflowGen version 7.11.0. We recommend migrating to Windows Server 2016 or later.

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 is no longer supported as of WorkflowGen version 7.10.0. While SQL Server 2008 is still compatible with WorkflowGen, support for any performance issues or bugs resulting from using SQL Server 2008 will no longer be provided.

For clients currently hosting WorkflowGen on a database server older than MS SQL Server 2012, we highly recommend upgrading to MS SQL Server 2017 or 2019 for the best performance.
