Unable to load content when launching action with mobile app

Am testing out the WorkflowGen Plus v2.7.2 with our internal WorkflowGen v7.22.5. I am able to login. However, when I try to launch an action or try to create a new request, I keep on getting this error message:

Unable to load content

Have tried it on several different processes, even a simple one I’d created recently, but to no avail.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? And if so, were you able to resolve it?

I’ve encountered the same issue, to sort it out, you need to enable Basic Authentication at (wfgen) level because the content is loaded like a browser
