After installing your license file and removing the server cache (http://www.workflowgen.com/kb/setup-license-key-is-invalid-error-message/), you still have the following error message:
“A valid license cannot be found!”
SOLUTION
1- Enable the debug mode
Edit the /wfgen/web.config file and change the debug attribute to true:
2- Try to connect to WorkflowGen again.
If the following error occurred This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms then change your Local Security Policy
3- Disable the debug mode to prevent poor performance.
4- Open the Local Security Policy and disable the FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption.
Take care that GPO could reset this local setting.
