The license self-activation feature allows end-users to self-activate their accounts until the limit of licenses is reached in WorkflowGen.
This is totally transparent to the end-user, and the administrator doesn’t have to manually activate a list of specific user accounts.
In a directory, this requires synchronizing all new user accounts with the Inactive default status. Then, check the the self-activation option. See the Directory Synchronization section in the WorkflowGen Administration Guide for more information.
