We use the same purchasing workflow for at least half a dozen of our processes. Anytime a change is needed we must update the purchasing portion for each process workflows. Essentially it’s the same work x 6. Is there any feature that will allow us to add in a modular group of actions into our workflow? This would be similar to adding the drop down template form sections and form fields found in the “Form” Tab. This way we would only need to make the change to a portion of our workflow once.
This really depends on the design of your process. But using subprocesses for example will handle this situation. You would only have to change the subprocess once and all the parent processes will have that change:
