If the requester is also the person in charge of validation at the following action is it possible to disable notifications?

Yes. There are two ways to do this:

Method 1

  1. Disable all automatic notifications

  2. Define additional notifications with conditions.

Method 2

  1. Create an alternate process path that bypasses the validation action.

  2. Add an action on the requester action.

  3. Define an automatic approval within the action following the validation action (JavaScript).
