In the drop-down list you can select how to filter the view - less than a certain value, equal, not equal etc. The default value ist less than. Is there a possibility to set this default value to “equal”?

The search filters are always reset whenever you revisit a view and the default option cannot be changed.
I recommend you to refine the search instead by selecting the data you want and indicating the desired value.
This way your search results will always return the requests where the data is equal to the value indicated.
