We added some new participants to let them generate report but we found that when the user using search function, it only can search the new request which created by new version process.
Is there any way to let the new participant to search the old request?

It should work if the added users are in a group and that group is defined in the participant’s configurations.
If you added those users manually in the participant group, kindly open a ticket in our Helpdesk site so we can show you how to achieve this.
