Note: This method applies only if WorkflowGen has been configured to use WorkflowGen Applicative authentication. If you're using Windows authentication (in which case your WorkflowGen password is the same as your Windows password), your password is managed by your network administrator and cannot be changed via WorkflowGen, so you should contact them for assistance.
To reset a forgotten password:
Go to the password reset page at http://[yourwebsite]/wfgen/forgotpassword.aspx, where you'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your WorkflowGen account. You'll then receive an email with a link that will direct you to a page where you can enter a new password.
