Create forms without workflow?

Is there a way in workflowgen to create a form without a workflow ? Something like a questionnaire or Survey.

Hi,

You always need some kind of workflow in order to save the data inputed in the questionnaire.

You can try the Simple Request template:

  1. Create a new process
  2. Choose -> Template: Simple Request.
  3. Add the desired fields in the form
  4. Add all the desired users to the REQUESTER participant.
