We have a workflow that looks at a database table via a global list to get the approver. This database list is filled by another administration application so these approvers can be changed dynamically. Each approver in the list is for a particular location, so when a user in the workflow chooses a location, the user assigned to that location in the list would be the workflow’s next approver. We would like a mechanism where a user in the administration app could mark the location to indicate it should be skipped so in the workflow instead of choosing an approver for that location, it would skip this approval step completely and go to the next step. There are lots of ways you can do this, but I was wondering what is the WorkflowGen recommended approach. I want to avoid a fudge or re-inventing the wheel.
