WorkflowGen 7.9.1

Official release (April 12, 2018)

Portal

  • Security (#1550): Fixed a User Portal security issue where a process folder manager could potentially obtain unauthorized read access to a data file of a process, request, or action through non-standard application usage.

    Notes

    • This security issue is limited to users with process folder manager roles. Administrators, process supervisors, and standard users are not affected by this issue.

    • Refer to Security advisory #1550 for the list of available patches for previous releases.

Administration

  • Bug (#1545): Fixed a column resize issue in the directory user list in the Administration Module.

GraphQL v1.0.0-beta.3

  • Version update from 1.0.0-beta.2 to 1.0.0-beta.3

  • Enhancement (#1179): Added new hasQuickApproval field to the activity type.

Database

  • REMINDER: Microsoft SQL Server 2008 will no longer be supported as of WorkflowGen version 7.10.0. While SQL Server 2008 will still be compatible with WorkflowGen, support for any performance issues or bugs resulting from using SQL Server 2008 will no longer be provided.

For clients currently hosting WorkflowGen on a database server older than MS SQL Server 2012, we highly recommend upgrading to MS SQL Server 2017 or 2019 for the best performance.
