Portal

  • Bug (#3598): Fixed an issue in the forgot password notifications where the reset URLs were not using the HTTPS protocol when the WorkflowGen website was configured in HTTPS.

Workflow Engine

  • Bug (#3619): Fixed an issue where an existing request data file was lost after completing an action containing an INOUT file parameter without receiving a new file path for the OUT file parameter in the workflow context.

    For example, this issue could occur if a custom workflow (Assembly system) or webform action were to send the exact same workflow context back to WorkflowGen containing an INOUT file parameter.

    This was a regression introduced in version 7.7.

  • Bug (#3633): Fixed an issue in the request and action lead time calculation where Sunday was incorrectly considered as a day off when there were no weekdays off defined in the configuration panel.

GraphQL v4.2.7, Webhooks v5.5.5, Auth v2.4.4, SCIM v2.1.3

  • Updated Node.js vulnerable dependencies.

Notes

  • All of the Node.js modules (GraphQL v4.2.7, Webhooks v5.5.5, Auth v2.4.4, and SCIM v2.1.3) now require Node.js version 14.15.1 LTS.

Reminders

  • Oracle database is no longer supported as of WorkflowGen version 7.16.0. We recommend migrating to MS SQL Server 2017 or later.

  • For clients currently hosting WorkflowGen on a database server older than MS SQL Server 2012, we highly recommend upgrading to MS SQL Server 2017 or later for the best performance.
