I’m getting the following error when I attempt to launch a new workflow:

Server Error in ‘/wfgen’ Application.
There is no row at position 0.

Any ideas on what’s wrong?

My issue is now resolved. I had a field incorrectly mapped. It contained “Data In:” but wasn’t mapped to anything. Once I fixed this, the form worked again.
