# WorkflowGen version 7: End of support

Support for WorkflowGen version 7 ended on **September 30, 2025**. To ensure smooth continuity in your operations, we invite you to transition to version 9 as soon as possible.

By upgrading, you’ll access WorkflowGen’s new and innovative **Hybrid Agentic Approach** , which enables secure, incremental AI adoption by **blending automation with human oversight**. This approach lets AI manage routine tasks while reserving complex, high-stakes decisions for human operators.

Version 9 also includes support for **SAML v2.0 authentication** , as well as new workflow apps that let you integrate **Dropbox Sign** and **OpenAI chat** into your processes.
