### General
- **Bug (#4195):** Adjusted spacing between buttons across the **User Portal** and **Administration Module** for a more consistent and accessible layout.
### Portal
- **Bug (#4209):** Fixed an issue in **Quick Search** where results did not correctly reflect user permissions in mono-process mode.
- **Bug (#4200):** Fixed an issue where **pop-up views** in the **dashboard** did not apply the proper context (e.g. delegation and mono-process modes) to their embedded links.
- **Bug (#4197):** Ensured that the **pop-up view height** in the **dashboard** renders dynamically on first load for better responsiveness.
- **Bug (#4182):** Improved responsiveness of the **data section** in the **search form** to better adapt to different screen sizes.
- **Bug (#4183):** Centered the **edit view pop-up** window to enhance user experience.
- **Bug (#4181):** Corrected an issue with advanced search custom columns where some help links pointed to incorrect `Forum & Knowledge Base` URLs.
- **Bug (#4189):** Resolved a layout bug in the **follow-up form** where the button bar appeared oversized under certain conditions.
- **Enhancement (#4188):** Removed redundant tooltips from the **error section** , **action card** , and **action history** areas to declutter the **follow-up form** interface.
### Administration
- **Bug (#4206):** Fixed an issue in the **delegation list** that prevented filtering by active delegations.
### WebForms
- **Bug (#4198):** Fixed a visual bug where the **required color indicator** on file upload fields was not properly removed at runtime when the field is no longer required.
### Notes
- All Node.js modules (`GraphQL v5.2.0`, `Webhooks v6.1.7`, `Auth v3.1.0`, and `SCIM v3.0.13`) continue to require **Node.js `18.20.7 LTS`**.
