### General

- Bug (#3878): Fixed an issue with the creation of new users or groups via API or synchronization, which was previously hindered by overly restrictive email address validation logic that specifically prohibited domain names from starting with a digit.

### Portal

- Bug (#3819): Fixed an issue where an exception error occurred during the download of a process data file in supervisor mode from the request follow-up form.

- Bug (#3825): Fixed an issue in the search feature’s export functionality where a cell whose value was equal to 0 would be incorrectly exported as an empty string.

- Bug (#3829): Fixed an issue in the search feature’s export functionality where column groupings were incorrectly removed after the export.

- Bug (#3831): Fixed an issue with the export to Excel 2007 format (XLSX) in the search feature when the content included `&nbsp;` characters.

### Administration

- Security (#3874): Fixed a vulnerability issue.

- Bug (#3876): OIDC authentication: Fixed an issue where the `Synchronized: User is managed by the directory synchronization` user profile option was incorrectly unchecked after user login when using OIDC with a self-provisioning directory.

### Workflow Applications

- Bug (#3863): Adobe Sign: Fixed the deprecated Adobe Sign token refresh URL to ensure proper token refresh functionality.

### Auth v3.0.14 (Node.js app)

- Bug (#3875): OIDC authentication: Fixed a regression issue introduced in version 8.2.2 (`Security #3850`) to ensure the proper refresh of the current user session token upon expiration.

### Notes

- All of the Node.js modules (`GraphQL v5.1.7`, `Webhooks v6.1.6`, `Auth v3.0.14`, and `SCIM v3.0.12`) now require Node.js **version `18.18.2 LTS`**.
