This article shows how to configure a WCF Service client and server with X.509 Certificate authentication. We’ll assume that the WorkflowAppWCFSample web site/app and the workflow application (including the client proxy .NET DLL) has been created and configured, and functions properly in Anonymous authentication. 1. Create and install a service certificate. 2. Create and install the client certificate for authentication. 3. Configure the WCF Service website/app. 4.
