I am trying to set up email notifications using macros. There are macros that are working and there are some that aren’t. The ones that **aren’t** working seem to have one thing in common: They are fields that are populated as a result of an equation either in the C# code behind or using JavaScript. Is there a way to make the macros pull the result of these equations?

Hi Andre,

Please send us the template and process in Zendesk and let us know which ones that do work and the others that don’t. We would like to see how are you declaring the macros in the email template.

Regards,
Eddy.
