If a user exceeds the maximum number of unsuccessful login attempts set in the Configuration Panel, their account will be locked and must be unlocked by a WorkflowGen Administrator. To do this, open the user’s profile from the Administration Module **Users** screen and click the **Unlock user** button.

> **Notes:**
>
> - You can change the maximum number of unsuccessful login attempts in the **Authentication** section on the Configuration Panel **General** tab. Alternately, you can change the value of the `ApplicationSecurityMaxLoginAttempts` parameter in the WorkflowGen `web.config` file.
>
> - The default number of unsuccessful login attempts is `5`. You can set it to `0` for unlimited attempts.
