When installing WorkflowGen Windows Services, after running `DRIVE:\Program Files\Advantys\WorkflowGen\Services\bin\winsvc-install.cmd`, you might receive the following error message:

`Unable to create an instance of the Advantys.Directories.Win.Services.SynchronizationService.SynchronizationServiceInstaller installer type.`

This is because the installation must be performed with Administrator privileges. Install it again by right-clicking `winsvc-install.cmd` and choosing **Run as administrator**.
