# Sync bar not triggered

Hi,  
Is there a way to explain why the workflow in the image below stops after the action AVIS\_DIRECTEUR?

Each action is an approval, if any participant refuses the request all pending actions are canceled and the workflow continues (RAISEEXCEPTION at the bottom).  
But in this case, if AVIS\_MEDICAL is completed first the workflow works as intended with AVIS\_COMEX and AVIS\_PRESIDENT following AVIS\_DIRECTEUR.  
When AVIS\_DIRECTEUR is completed first, nothing happens.

Hi @ehoffmann,

I recommend opening a Helpdesk ticket so that the team can investigate the issue.  
The information provided is not sufficient to identify the source of the problem.
