# Show Parent Field in Subworkflow

Is there any functions or methods to embedded certain fields in the parent workflow into the subworkflow? (Changes done to parent workflow fields will auto reflex to subworkflow)

Hello,  
After an action on you main workflow, you can use the action type “UPDATEPROCESSDATA” to send the new data to your subworkflow.
