# Setup: The WorkflowGen website is not functional

### Issue

I have created the WorkflowGen website in IIS but still cannot connect to the WorkflowGen application.

### Possible causes

- The WorkflowGen website home directory is not pointing to the correct local path.

- The WorkflowGen website is using an invalid port number or the port is blocked by the firewall for incoming requests.

### Solutions

- The WorkflowGen website home directory local path should be `DRIVE:\Inetpub\wwwroot`.

- Check if the port is already in use by another application or blocked by the firewall.
